👦 1. Humble Beginnings with Big Dreams (1975–1995)
Mr. Pardeep Garg, born in 1975 in a small village in Ambala District, Haryana, was academically bright and actively involved in extracurricular activities. His father worked in the State Government of Haryana, but young Pardeep was drawn to entrepreneurship rather than a government job.
In 1992, to gain business exposure, he took up his first job with a modest salary of just ₹1100 per month. After three years of learning and working, he set his sights on building something of his own.
In February 1995, he relocated to Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, and laid the foundation of his first venture – a small grocery shop named Garg Karyana Store.
🏪 2. Rise in Wholesale & Distribution (1999–2021)
In 1999, the grocery store evolved into a wholesale distribution business under the new name Garg & Company. It quickly became a prominent dealer and super stockist for brands such as:
- Nestlé
- Dabur
- Perfetti
- ITC
- Emami
- And many more
For over two decades, Garg & Company dominated the FMCG distribution network in Himachal Pradesh, emerging as the second-highest performer in sales across the state.
💊 3. Entry into Pharmaceuticals – G.G. Nutritions (2010–2021)
In 2010, Mr. Garg ventured into pharmaceutical manufacturing with the establishment of G.G. Nutritions, which operated successfully until 2021.
🧪 4. Raw Material Supply – MBS Pharmacia (2013–2017)
In 2013, the group launched MBS Pharmacia, focusing on supplying pharma raw materials to manufacturers in North India.
In 2017, a second branch named MBS Pharma was opened in Haridwar.
🛒 5. FMCG Manufacturing – Health Mark & Grip Food (2013–Present)
In 2013, the company launched the Health Mark grocery brand under Consumer Mart Company, now distributed in 6 states across India.
In 2020, a second brand, Grip Food, was introduced to cater to modern retail and food segments.
🏭 6. Pharmaceutical Formulations – MBS Formulation (2019–Present)
MBS Formulation was founded in 2019 and manufactures:
- Tablets & Capsules
- Syrups & Dry Syrups
- Ointments & Gels
- Injections
- Protein Powders
In 2022, an in-house Mono-Carton manufacturing unit was added.
🔄 7. Rebranding & Business Shift – BDR Ingesta (2021)
- Garg & Company was renamed BDR Ingesta.
- Focus shifted from dealership to trading of food raw materials & packaging supplies.
- MBS Pharmacia was renamed MBS Lifescience Pvt. Ltd.
- MGEE Healthcare was launched as a PCD pharma franchise.
💻 8. Digital Revolution – Accutech ERP & SaaS Tools (2020–Present)
In 2020, Accutech ERP was launched with a focus on business automation.
Digital products include:
- Accutech ERP – Cloud ERP for pharma, FMCG & trading
- Accu-Chat – Secure internal chat with task assignment
- Accu-Task Pro – Task manager for IT and enterprise teams
🤝 9. Expansion through Acquisition – Health-Ray Labs (2024)
In 2024, MGEE Healthcare acquired PCD pharma franchise Health-Ray Labs.
🏘️ 10. Entry into Real Estate – Shri Shyam Infra (2022–Present)
In 2022, the group launched Shri Shyam Infra, entering the real estate sector with operations in:
